I have conferred with the YMCA in St. Thomas, Ont.
Their rates for swimming and using the gym are just about double our rates. They say you can use all the facilities all day long. I do not know many people who wish to do so.
Is this what will happen if we bring the YMCA on board to manage our new facility?
This would make hardships for almost every senior, family and everyone using the new facility.
My question is, what are we gaining by letting the YMCA manage our facility?
