Mr. Macdonell, in his letter of Jan. 26, 2010 titled, "Homosexual authority a discredited leader," attacks and call me bigoted because I have used Family Research Institute information, which he claims according to Wikipedia to be suspect. Wikipedia, however, is unreliable, because anyone can add or edit information from that source.
Furthermore, Family Research Institute has not been discredited. It's research has appeared in Psychological Reports and the information has been used by policy makers in the U.S., Canada and Europe. One topic of their research has been "Children of Homosexual Parents Report Childhood Difficulties." Anyone who questions that such children are likely to have problems should read a report titled, "Eyewitness to debauchery" by Dawn Stefanowicz, who grew up in a homosexual household, and was a witness at the Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs on Bill C-250 (Hate Crimes). This can be found at http://www.afajournal.org/2005/august/805Stefanowicz.as
