This morning my daughter's dog was hit by a car. She went to take the garbage out and her dog got onto the road. When she saw he had been hit, she ran to pick him up. The woman who hit him stopped and got out of her car to see my daughter crying and screaming. The woman then got back into her car and drove away. My daughter then had to carry her bleeding dog up to her house, put him, her infant son and daughter into her car and rush to the vet. Her dog died shortly afterwards. I cannot even imagine how anyone drives away in a situation like this. I am not writing to place blame for hitting him. He ran out which is not your fault. It is your fault for being so heartless afterwards. You are sick. And for those of you who feel the need to write in and state the obvious "the dog shouldn't have been on the road in the first place" can save it. We all know, thank you in advance.
