ICBC for the second time wants to raise basic insurance.
When I turned 65 they were to reduce my basic insurance four years in a row by $105. This happened for two years then they hacked the basic rates and I never got two years that they owed me. Some people got small rebates back on the eight million dollar computer scams of over payment to them over the last six years dated back to 2008 while others are still waiting for this return of payment with interest. ICBC aren't saying or doing to much about paying on all vehicles from 2008 to 2014. The rebates they have mailed to owners are for only one vehicle, dating back from one to three years back. This cash cow is still milking all drivers big time.
