This letter is to the person or persons that took my purse on Sunday afternoon Dec. 4 from the handicap parking spot in front of Zellers.
While putting my purchases in my vehicle, I accidentally left my purse in the cart and drove away.
I got as far as Sears when I realized it and immediately went back but by then it was gone.
I was so hoping that an honest person had picked it up to either turn it in to security or phone me to advise that they had found my purse. But that never happened.
The money I was saving to have a little extra at Christmas is now gone as well as gift cards given to me by family and friends.
As a pensioner on a fixed income, it is very difficult to have any extra money and now I will have to replace all my personal cards which is very expensive.
I presume you felt you needed the money, but if you could just turn in my purse I would appreciate getting it and my personal belongings back.
I have lost many hours of sleep going over in my head how this terrible thing could have happened to me.
This has been a lesson learned by me a very hard way.
Just remember, what goes around comes around.
