With the mess in the streets on this weekend, this is a good time to remind people to offer help to anyone stuck. Sometimes even a little push will get a car out.
Yesterday a lady was stuck on my street - no shovel of course. I went to help her. A husky guys passed by without offering to help her. It was funny to see how hard they had to pretend not to see. Unless they were recovering from some surgery, a bit of exercise would be good for them. Why are young men and women who sit at the computer or in classes or watch videos so lazy when it comes to a push for a needy person like this lady?
Then they will go to the gym. My friends, who are seniors will almost always stop and offer help unless they are unwell.
What has happened to our manners?
