I think Prince George residents should be asking a lot more questions about the Baldy Hughes treatment center. The sudden departure of Mr. Smith has not been explained very well.
We as taxpayers are his employers and we have a right to know the real reason he is leaving, and did we give him a severance package?
As a Prince George resident I would like to know in detail the success rate out there. My big question is where are the drop-outs going, and has the government been setting up half-way houses in residential neighbourhoods in conjunction with this program?
I wish the program success, but do not keep us in the dark.
