I have been a Cougars season ticket Holder for more years than I can remember. I have been there through the heydays of the big crowds and the low days of nearly an empty rink. Since Dan Hamhuis and Eric Brewer and the management team took over the Cougars, I have seen such a positive difference in the organization. From the fan appreciation moments to the outstanding community service. I was recently sick and was unable to attend the last few regular season games and the playoff games. Somehow the Cougar's management found out I was sick and I received a get well card from them. What amazing client service, what an amazing organization!
