On October 24 I became the owner of a brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma.
On Sunday Oct. 26 my husband and I had taken a trip to PG for some shopping. Our first stop was at the Walmart. As we got there into the parking lot there was a young boy working doing the carts.
I had just jumped out of the passenger side as my husband was driving. As I walked towards the back of the truck the boy had ran the carts into the bumper of my brand new truck. At the time I never thought of reporting it to the manager because when I looked at the bumper there didn't seem to be much damage, and plus it was late afternoon.
When I got home that evening I decided to call Walmart and let them know what had happened earlier that day.
I was never given a run around by the managers at this store as most other places I deal with find excuses to drag the situation on.
The manager - I think his name was Dal ( sorry if I'm mistaken ) - treated us with total respect even though the damage was minimal.
We were dealt with very well and in a timely manner. Juanita at Walmart was very compassionate with us and also with the young boy.
So, I just wanted to send out a HUGE thank you to Juanita and Dal at the Walmart in Prince George for being so kind and understanding.
