I just looked out my office window on North Nechako Road, to see a City of P.G. water truck watering trees on the boulevard. I had to do a double-take, given all the rain we've had in the last few weeks. Seems to me that everything around town is looking pretty green, well-watered and healthy. Why are we paying people and running equipment to water trees now, with all the precipitation we've had recently?
