I may be a little slow but Frank Peebles' article in the Wednesday, April 18, 2012 paper brings bad boy Francois Meerholz once again in the public eye. Again, he's wanted as a suspect in a kidnapping/grow op crime.
Wasn't Meerholz supposed to be deported back to South Africa back in 2010/2011?
Seems to me all the RCMP have to do is sit and wait in their cars and bust this kid once and for all, sending him back to his country. I recall the cry for a second chance of living in our country with his fiancee and staying out of trouble. I think in his country it's called a leopard never changing its spots.
