Just before our assessments came out, my buddy and I were wondering when our money hungry city hall would bring in water metering.
Well, lo and behold, the voluntary water meter program is back!
This is a ploy to see how many will join this program to get a feel for the big gouge.
So, city, tell us of your intentions, on this we would like to know. Yes or no to water meters in the future?
When I see no water flowing from our two big running rivers, Fraser and Nechako, and the pulp mills shutting down due to a lack of water, then and only then I would gladly pay for our water.
