Re: Front Page Stories, May 27 - "Residents rally against use of genetically-modified food" and "Walk of Honour supports troops"
It speaks volumes about the times and town we live in when "hundreds of people" gather to protest an unproved, perceived problem with genetically-modified foods, while only "about 50" show up to support the real and immediate needs of wounded veterans and first responders. Perhaps we could re-examine our community's priorities next year?
