Very convenient

Todd Whitcome's presentation in the Citizen of 16 Oct 14 offered a questionable argument for fluoridation. In particular he cited two supposed surveys of his students; very convenient to his argument regardless of the time they occurred.

Todd Whitcome's presentation in the Citizen of 16 Oct 14 offered a questionable argument for fluoridation.

In particular he cited two supposed surveys of his students; very convenient to his argument regardless of the time they occurred.

On the basis of these surveys he was able to infer that the lack of fluoridation of public water on the one hand and the inclusion of fluoridation on the other could be clearly related to dental health.

This level of argument is unworthy of someone who is supposedly a man of science. I would suggest that however relevant the continuation of his article was, for any thinking person its flavour was soured.
