Unproven allegations

I would like to comment on the allegations reported in the paper that are un-proven and biased against this person. I personally know this person and would like to support him in every way possible.

I would like to comment on the allegations reported in the paper that

are un-proven and biased against this person. I personally know this person and would like to support him in every way possible. With his permission I have some background on his life. This alleged heinous crime (still unproven), has devastated his life without repair.

In the paper the allegation is of lewd behaviour and to sit and stretch in the warm pool before and after swimming is not considered lewd behaviour. This man has osteoporosis, scoliosis of the spine, and high blood pressure, and the laps that he swims are for health reasons and stretching in the warm areas of the pool is the only way he can do those laps. When asked to do so, this man moved away from lessons being conducted and was very respectful to everyone. I see many adults that use the warm pool and were not constantly watched because they had white skin and did not have long black hair with darker skin. I am sure the little hillbilly lifeguards that were constantly watching this person seen the difficulty he had getting in and out of the pool; he needed the sauna and warm pool to move around like a normal person. With a targeted approach taken by the hillbilly lifeguards, of course they will find something that they can use to throw this Indian out of the pool, so the lily white people can enjoy their pool without some upstart Indian showing them how he can swim just as good as them. Other Natives have complained of being watched excessively and were angry at the hillbilly lifeguards for staring at them and not at the misbehaving little white boys. Native children were scolded constantly and chased away from the slide for having too much fun.

Obviously this episode was a result of a targeted approach by the pool staff to "cleanse" the pool of all Indians so colleagues can bath their pale rotund bodies in peace. I dispute this racism and support this man and Prince George city should apologize and stop acting so racist. When a woman stated in the House Of Commons in Ottawa that "they were burning crosses on the lawns of Prince George B.C.", she wasn't far from the truth and did not have to apologize for the statement.
