In the case of Federal Court judge Camp who asked a 19 year old woman who was allegedly sexually assaulted "why didn't you keep your knees together" or "why couldn't you have squatted down" and referred to her as "the accused," his ignorance of Canadian law has absolutely no bearing on his questions or his inexplicable lack of understanding of the facts of the case nor his lack of compassion/empathy towards the alleged victim.

He acknowledges he has certain prejudices carried over from his past experience in South Africa. What?

The man is unfit to be in a courtroom in a judicial capacity and the panel who appointed him should now have their credentials and professionalism examined, end of story!
