Tory cat could win in P.G.

I feel that my vote in Prince George is about as relevant as that lottery ticket that I buy every year. Don't get me wrong, I will always vote: if I didn't vote, I'd have no business writing this letter.

I feel that my vote in Prince George is about as relevant as that lottery ticket that I buy every year.

Don't get me wrong, I will always vote: if I didn't vote, I'd have no business writing this letter.

I'm just frustrated because my vote feels wasted.

For reasons I grapple with every election time, the majority people that vote in Prince George love the status quo.

Is it the perception that voting a party that is say less conservative might bring out the socialist hordes to eat up all our tax dollars?

Where are the signs for other candidates?

Is it possible they cannot afford signs because their own parties know better than to waste money on this region?

I swear the Conservatives could nominate my cat, Mr. Meowgi, and he would win "paws down."

He would also keep his job until all his cat lives were up.

Mr. Meowgi's pension alone could fund our monthly trips to Cancun and keep his designer tuna supply flowing indefinitely.

Alas, he was too lazy to volunteer his name, besides, who am I kidding? He wouldn't have shared anything with me anyway.

Still, I can only wish for a day when the ridings in Prince George were not won even before an election got started.
