Tories to blame for transit woes

It has been determined that the miniaturization of aircraft seats is causing not just discomfort, but injury to those of us in cattle class. There was a time when government could have ordered that seating on our airline be adequate.

That was when Air Canada was publicly owned.

But the Conservatives sold Air Canada to their friends.

We could have had a comfortable, rapid cross-country passenger rail service like most developed countries. But Canadian National Railway was sold by the Conservatives to their friends.

We had one national oil retailer that could have held to stable, rational gasoline pricing.

Instead we see fluctuating, collusive, identical (to the nearest tenth of a cent) prices posted.

But the Conservatives sold off PetroCanada to their friends.

I cannot tolerate more than one hour in an aircraft. I cannot travel across the land in convenient, rapid trains. I cannot avoid paying inflated prices for my fuels. Thank you, Conservatives.
