A word of advice to our city council.
Don't borrow $2.5 million for the library entrance. Go and ask Shirley Bond and Mike Morris for it.
With their jobs for the next four years on the line, no request for B.C. taxpayer money will be denied. But be quick.
This opportunity will only last till May. Then it's gone for four more years.
You folk wishing to refrigerate the ice oval, take heed as well.
Folks hoping for a performing arts centre might be asking for too large a sum but give it a try anyway.
