For years my pet peeve has been drivers on the Hart Highway who, still to today, either don't care about the "Keep Right Except To Pass" signs posted up and down the highway or they choose to ignore them, which is really one in the same.
The signs are there for a reason, which is to keep the traffic flow moving and to provide a safe traffic flow preventing cars from bunching up, increasing the chance of accidents.
There are traffic laws on the books that allow police the ability to ticket those individuals who ignore the signs and hold up traffic flow.
Maybe it's time some tickets were written so then maybe people will get the point.
