Just reading the paper today and I find that I have to respond to the story in regards to P.G. needs to ramp up.
Have you ever tried getting a person through the doors of Pine Centre Mall or how about the movie theatre? What a joke.
You have to be an octopus trying to open doors and manoeuvre the person in the wheelchair safely through the doors.
Then try walking down Winnipeg street, the sidewalk is on a slant, and we may as well plow through gravel, I'm sure it would be more comfortable.
We worry about parking meters etc. etc.
How about worrying about people, for once and start using taxpayers money more wisely.
Thank you to the people who do open those doors at the mall and at the theatre, believe me when I say thank you it is meant with great appreciation.
