Bc Hydro makes available another technology that emits electromagnetic radiation and is potentially more dangerous.
This technology emits radiation in the range of 450 to 750 THz, i.e. 100,000 times the frequency of wi-fi, which means that each electromagnetic particle will carry 100,000 times more energy and is therefore 100,000 times as potentially damaging.
Furthermore, there are structures near the human brain which have been scientifically demonstrated to be particularly sensitive to radiation of these frequencies.
This technology uses more powerful transmitters than wi-fi - 60 to 100 watts rather than wi-fi's less than one watt.
These facts suggest that this technology is potentially a lot more harmful to health than wi-fi might be, and that before having it in our households, we ought to somehow prove that it cannot harm people.
After all, it's not as if there aren't alternatives to light bulbs.
