Two months ago, someone stole our recycling bins, contents and all. We then had them replaced and put our address on them and didn't place them out until morning like the service provider suggested.
This morning, someone dumped our recycling out on our lawn and stole our container. Our city provides wonderful services and it is so disheartening when someone undoes a good community effort.
