My wife and I, a few winters back, decided to go to Tabor Mountain for some skiing. We entered the quiet rental and fitting room to set up our skis and then it wasn't so quiet. This chatty young lady was about to do the same as us and with her husband making comments about how cold it was and her deflecting the comments with laughter, you could tell she was going to have fun at her husband's expense. Throughout the day we could hear laughing and screams. We thought the screams were coming from the many kids around, but no. It turned out to be this lady. My wife and I were reading one of your first articles and with your picture in the corner my wife said that it looked like the young lady at the ski hill. And she was right.

Your stories, like your skiing, are lively depiction's of things that usually happen to people on a daily basis and nobody else writes about them with the candor and humor you present. Thanks Megan for your portrayal of life in Prince George from your eyes. We appreciate it.
