I have been calling the Prince George City Pound for three years about the same dog. This dog regularly craps all over our front yard. In early January I picked up two piles at the end of our driveway. There's a pile in the middle of the yard that has reappeared under the melting snow since then. One Spring I asked the neighbour to come and pick up all the crap off our yard. I had to pick up what she missed. In the summer I was working in the garden and turned around to see this dog peeing in the middle of our driveway. I have seen vehicles stop for her until she wanders out of the way. Both my husband and I have spoken to these neighbours several times and they apologize, but nothing changes. We would also like our little grandchild to be safe in our own yard.
I got tired of being ignored by the pound, so I have left two messages with the city bylaw manager, but he hasn't returned my calls. Last night I arrived home from work at 10:20 to see the dog in our front yard. What are our taxes going towards? What would you do?
