The luxury of criticism

This letter is in response to Carol Bobb's letter in the Citizen a few days ago. Carol, you basically claim that this "homeless" man living in Freeman park is an eyesore. You don't say that, but that's what you're getting at.

This letter is in response to Carol Bobb's letter in the Citizen a few days ago. Carol, you basically claim that this "homeless" man living in Freeman park is an eyesore. You don't say that, but that's what you're getting at. It must be nice to live such a life of luxury Carol. Some people have been taxed to death or have lost their longtime jobs and cannot find steady employment and have lost everything. Have you? And as for people not walking through the park anymore, is this man causing a problem? is he threatening anyone? I highly doubt it. I know exactly where it is that you speak of as I used to live nearby there. This man is not causing any harm to anyone. I agree he needs to be re-located to a proper shelter, but you make it seem like he's such an eyesore for being there. Shame on you. I'm glad I don't live in your neighbourhood anymore. I'd have to constantly worry that my yard may not be to "your" liking. Get a life.
