In this day and age of all bad news, I personally have a story of good news. My wife recently had to undergo a surgical procedure at UNBC hospital and I just wanted to express my written thanks as how professional and courteous the staff and nurses who looked after her.
We have many people who are ready to criticize and make a bad news story but few who have a good news story for our healthcare. Witnessing the volume of people and the care given to everyone has impressed me beyond words and thankful we live in a country where we are looked after so well.
Special thanks to all in day care surgery - you are all very professional and also very impressive to see the staffing followed up with a phone call at home to check on her. Thank you all very much for your care and attention.
