This letter is to thank the industrious citizen who has been snow blowing the pedestrian walkway on Byng Avenue and the path in Byng Park.
The massive snow dump we have been experiencing has cut off many of the wonderful areas for walking in the city, and this person's efforts are very much appreciated.
