Thanks for nothing P.G.

I have to say, I was very disappointed with the people of this city last week. As if my day didn't start off bad enough, someone tried to run me off of the road near the Tim Hortons in College Heights.

I have to say, I was very disappointed with the people of this city last week.

As if my day didn't start off bad enough, someone tried to run me off of the road near the Tim Hortons in College Heights.

I was in shock, as I went up on the curb and barely missed him. My one-year-old baby was in the vehicle with me.

Shaken, I started to drive again, not realizing that there was damage.

I went to go on to the highway and was just out of the merge lane when my vehicle alarms went off that there was no air in my tire.

I pulled off to the side (out of the way, but at the very end of the merge lane) and put my hazards on. I got out and saw that I had blown my tire. I called my husband, who was still in bed. He told me he would be right there.

Ten minutes passed before he got to me. I had the same cop drive past me twice, several drivers actually honked and give me the finger, and not one offer of assistance.

When my husband got to me, the cop that drove past me twice still didn't offer us any assistance but instead went into the Tim's parking lot.

I expected more from the people and the police here.

Thank you P.G. for helping a mom and her baby when they were stranded.
