With so much bad news, bickering and complaining that happens in the paper, I write about praise.
With problems with my van and many failed attempts to satisfy my expectations by another shop, a good friend of mine turned me to Roman at PG Automotive. I am not sure how Roman does with other customers, but he has been a tremendous blessing to me and my family.
For a small privately-owned shop, I am amazed at the level of customer service I get. When I need to drop my vehicle off, Roman is always prepared to offer my wife or myself a ride home and to pick-us up.
Knowing how busy he is, we don't always take him up on his offers. I had moved out of town and had to make a trip to Prince George, I ran into some problems with my van and Roman remembered me, and made room for me to bring my van in and diagnose the issue.
Most recently I had trouble and my wife and three kids were stranded due to a small easy fix. Roman offered to go out of his way to assist us in getting the problem fixed and ensuring that my family was taken care.
Now, he has done so much more for us that I don't want to share everything for fear that people might take advantage of his kindness and his natural servanthood.
So I just wanted to extend a great thank you to Roman for all his assistance with this public appreciation. From the Wilkinsons to PG Automotive, we thank you and pray great blessings for you and your family this year.
