Two weeks ago my eight-month-old son was diagnosed with RSV. We went into UHNBC emergency and was taken in to have my son treated in less than half an hour. He was admitted to the pediatric ward for two nights and then discharged only to have to go back hours later. We were then there for another five days. We want to say thank you to all the doctors and nurses who took special care of our little baby. Nothing can prepare you for something so scary, but they were there to answer questions and do everything needed. I understand it's their job, but they did an outstanding job and I can't thank them enough for all their care. They made me feel so comfortable, making sure I had everything and if I needed anything to just ask. My daughter had her birthday while we were in there and she was given a special gift which meant so much to me as I felt terrible I had to cancel her party and wasn't there for her. Thank you again, to the doctors and nurses of the pediatric ward, for the amazing job you did for my baby.
