The evacuated horses of the Cariboo thank you. To the small but VERY dedicated group of people for all the loving care and detailed attention during our stay at "summer camp" at the P.G. Exhibition barns and paddocks.
Your constant calm and loving care helped us to remain stress free as we came together in a new herd and helped each other through the ordeal of a terrifying exodus from our home pastures and barns.
For the fun times we had the freedom to run and play in either the outdoor arena or the indoor arena. For the special care of our feet, our food, hay that was twine free and our always full and clean water in big buckets and lastly for making sure our paddocks were clean and comfortable with fresh shavings every day. We are ever so grateful. Even though it was hard to say goodbye to our special new friends, both human and horse, we will always remember this special time in our lives. Thank you on behalf of the horses of the Cariboo.
