Last week, we hosted a concert in our home which featured a duo from Seattle that played Latin/Mexican music. The gentleman in the duo was a master on the harp and while practicing he broke a string. The strings are common fishing line of various thicknesses and lengths.
He Googled hardware stores and was happy to find Northern Hardware. He drove to the store, met a very pleasant and helpful service rep (sorry, I don't have a name but it was a gentleman) and explained what he was looking for. The sales person was able to get just the right thickness of fishing line and was very knowledgeable.
The rep cut off a small length, maybe 3 feet, and gave it to our friend - at no charge. The harp was restrung, a superb concert given and the duo left Prince George with nothing but great memories. Customer service standards and the exceptional way to do business is a testimony to why Northern Hardware is such a great place to shop. The duo of Correo Aereo and our house would like to thank you for what you did for the reputation of our great city. Well done, Northern Hardware.
