I am writing this to acknowledge a Lobar logger.
I was driving home on Friday, Jan. 3 around 2 p.m. going to Ness Lake around the S turn, when I noticed the Lobar truck slowing down and pointing to the left hand side of the road and I slowed to see what he was doing. I came to a complete stop after seeing him come to a complete stop and all of a sudden a moose jumped over a snow bank (I did not see the moose as it was hidden by the snow bank) and stood for a moment and ran across the road. The driver of a half ton behind me did not slow down and had to pass me on the wrong side of the road and that driver almost hit the moose.
Hats off to the driver of that Lobar truck as he used his safety sense and warned me, so I would not hit the moose, if he hadn't I would have plowed right into it.
Thank you.
