I have been watching the news about the "powers that be" wanting to start charging landlords if their rental property happens to be a crack shack.
Before you implicate that, I would suggest first changing the land and tenant act. As it is, Tenants have all of the advantages when they rent. It has been my experience that the police are not interested in a landlords struggle to evict a tenant, whether they are drug dealers or not.
I would suggest that we start to work on the entitlement mentality that seems to have afflicted so many as of late, and have the individual be held responsible for their own actions that make the whole community pay.
