You have three pulp mills, the Williston dam, (power), the best water in the world and room for expansion.
It is time you asked (demanded) your share, to get out of the boom to bust cycle the North continually experiences.
Paper products such as tissue, paper towels, etc. are a natural for you.
The world population continues to grow and will need more and more of our resources, so do not accept that you can not compete in the world market.
Our elected leaders talk a lot, but I have not seen many results.
I am sure that you can spearhead a joint venture for your benefit far into the future. I encourage you to form a task force to make it happen.
