Christmas is the one time of year where every place you go is extremely busy on a regular basis.
My husband and I have been to the mall on a few occasions to complete our shopping for our children. To be honest it couldn't be more difficult, not because we aren't sure what to buy, but because every store is so busy it is difficult to find help from the staff in certain stores.
This was not the case in EB Games at the mall.
Our hat is off to the staff there as they provided us with the best customer service experience considering how busy they must get.
We would especially like to thank Derek for helping us find everything we needed to make our children's Christmas everything we hoped for. You provided us with the knowledge we lacked and made our shopping much easier.
Christmas was made easy for once, so thank you once again
