I want to know why the RCMP do not seem to enforce B.C. muffler laws concerning motor vehicles especially trucks.
Living in Magnolia Gardens and fronting on the Queensway, the noise level due to the above problem is absurd.
I also do yoga at Chinook Studios located near Third Avenue and Vancouver Street. We are invaded and inundated by noise form lack of muffler enforcement.
Why do these yahoos get away without a fine or change and correction?
