I'm writing you this letter with the hope that you will publish it in your wonderful paper for it deals with a very important topic.
I just wanted to say, "Thank you" to all of the staff and volunteers at Canadian Blood Services over on Westwood Drive by Pine Centre Mall. I went in recently to give blood, and since it was my first time, I was very nervous.
Despite the fact that I nearly fainted while donating blood, I truly believe that my experience there was worth it. All the staff and volunteers were phenomenal. They were kind, caring, patient and very professional. They kept a constant eye on me from the moment I walked in until the moment I left when my ride came to pick me up.
I hope that they keep up the great work and I hope than many others out there will choose to donate as well.
