This letter is to the Glendas and Dougs out there who think the recycling workers have all the time in the world to sort their recyclables.
I was in PEI when they first started the recycling program & like you I was upset when I got tagged & they did not empty the bins but I learned the correct way and I did not do it again. Sometimes this is the only way people will learn is to have their bins tagged (rejected).
It's not only you they have to sort it's the 5-10+ houses on each block.
It only takes us a minute to sort our recyclables in a nice warm house!
So let's thank these men/women who are out there doing a great job in this cold weather.
