Those who know me may be surprised by my choice of song, but there are times in your life that you have to stretch your reality, pull on your ear lobe to clear the cobwebs and hang on for a very loud ride.
That's what Marilyn Manson will bring to Prince George during his Hell Not Hallelujah Tour as he takes to the CN Centre stage March 31.
As we had a chat in the newsroom about actually attending the show it was mentioned that this type of concert should be considered more of a once-in-a-lifetime event. It might not be anything like what you've ever experienced before but most assuredly it would be a spectacle to behold and carry with you into your dotage. In your golden years you could add some tale-telling quirk to your usual granny or grandpop repertoire by adding a story that starts with 'in my day when I went to rock out with Marilyn Manson...' and blow your teenage grandbabies' minds away.
