It's the new year, and time to shake off the holiday lethargy and make at least a halfhearted attempt to stick to that weight-loss-and-exercise New Year's resolution.
If your gym playlist needs a little sprucing up, today's song of the day will help blast the dust off.
Rock or Bust, the title track from AC/DC's new album, is a perfect song to crank up and get moving to.
Rock or Bust is the 15th internationally-released album from the band from Down Under, and was recorded at Warehouse Studio in Vancouver. It was released in November, along with the single of the same name.
It's the band's first album without founding guitarist Malcolm Young, but it still sounds like the same old AC/DC.
It could be because the band kept it in the family with Young's nephew, Stevie Young, taking over on rhythm guitar.
If you like AC/DC's unpretentious hard rock sound, you'll like Rock or Bust and the album's other single, Play Ball. It's more of the same, but if it ain't broke don't fix it.
And clearly it ain't broke, because the album topped the charts in 11 countries, including Canada, and went top-five in 12 others including the U.S.
