Last weekend my wife, son and I were out in the vehicle when the thunderstorm hit. Unlike any normal folk who would have gone home, we went for a drive to watch the lightning. On the way my nine year old asked his mom to put on Fleetwood Mac, apparently his favourite band. And from his favourite band he has favourite songs, one of which is Go Your Own Way. He sang along at the top of his voice through the whole song, even making the guitar sounds when the solos came on. After, my wife put on another song from the same CD to which my son complained he didn't want to hear. "Put on something else mom," he said. "Something with more power"
It seems the little man likes a bit of power ballads and so my song for this week is a power ballad of the cheesiest variety, one from a group who a straight friend of mine said the lead singer was the best looking man he had ever seen.
