Both the Thuns and the Cooles are upstanding community members, have lived in Prince George their whole lives and are proud to have lived here.

They run several successful business right now, including the Westwood Sports Pub. Have a stop by there for lunch and they will show you how a nice respectable liquor licence can be run. They also contribute large gratuities to many charitable foundations, sponsor local sports teams, are members of the Chamber of Commerce and the CFIB.

Speaking of the economy as well, the Canada Winter Games are approaching on the horizon and nightlife is going to be a huge necessity come time to entertain tourism.

Coyote's will not only take care of that need, but, by bringing in big-name bands, it will attract out-of-town patrons to visit, thus adding to and increasing the economy.

People will be enticed to stay overnight and shop.

So let's look at this with an open mind - these are successful operators who want to bring a class-A product to Prince George, to help improve the downtown core.
