I am a senior citizen and I live up the Hart Highway in the area of Estavilla. I didn't go to church this morning as our frontage road was unfit to drive on. A short time ago I watched as a fellow in a big black pickup went past with his blade down and plowed his way up our frontage road. I want to put out a huge thank yor to him for doing what our fair city crews seem to have been too busy to do.
