Discrimination at its worst - every section of Victoria Street was cleaned other than just past 20th Avenue... the ghetto.
I guess to the City of Prince George this rental area is undeserving of priority treatment.
I did notice though, because I needed to be in the area, that the high-end area past Tabor had nice clean streets and easy access.
Wow, how insulting.
I happen to also know that a number of side streets were cleaned before this main artery. Quite obvious that this neighbourhood is at the bottom of the barrel for no other reason than being a rental area.
Pathetic.
