I have three relatives all retired seniors living in Ontario who have had smart meters installed in their homes. Their Hydro bills doubled since these meters were put in their homes. BC Hydro has done a very good job of hiding the costs once these meters are installed.
BC Hydro stated that their old meters were not working properly. (What a crock and snow job.) Now BC Hydro does not have to ask the BC Government for a rate increase. Prince George residents should be aware not only is your health in danger so is your pocket book.
