We've all heard of genetically-modified foods, but now we are entering the age of genetically-modified animals. Have you ever heard of miniature dogs (poodle, schnauzer, pinscher, Chihuahua), miniature horses, dwarf bunny rabbits, bantam chickens, pygmy goats, micro-mini pigs, teacup Yorkies, and toy poodles?
I am sure that none of your readers have ever indulged in the consumption of the forbidden fruits such as seedless grapes, seedless watermelons, and seedless oranges.
What would Gregor Johann Mendel (1822 - 1884), a religious Christian Augustinian monk and the founder of modern genetics, have to say about the current state of affairs?
