Okay I am all for names and pictures of child pornography being posted in the paper and elsewhere like Joseph Samuel Sackaney but why are the names and pictures of others that are charged with the same offense not posted as well?
I think all names and pictures of people charged with this offense here in Prince George should have the same done to them to allow us parents, grandparents to be aware. I am not the only one to think this just maybe the only one to voice it openly.
You're giving us his name and photo then in all fairness and also safety issues so you should be posting the other pictures and I know there are more out there as I know one person in particular who is a repeat offender and his name was nor was his picture posted for all to see who they should be aware of and keep their children away from.
So in future, dear Citizen, be fair to everyone who has children and grandchildren post all pictures and names of child pornographic offenders. It is your duty as a news paper and as a Citizen of this city.

Editor's Note: Joseph Samuel Sackaney's picture was published in the Citizen because he was wanted by police for failing to appear in court. He was apprehended a week after the warrant was issued for his arrest. The child pornography charges laid against him have not been proven in court.
