So glad to hear that you are raising monthly parking by 30 per cent Shari Green and city council.
What is the matter with you people? Are you a business owner downtown Sheri?
Health Canada employees park in prime customer parking on 3rd Ave. right in front of Northern Hardware and there managers are aware of this and do nothing. I witnessed first hand employees coming from Health Canada and scrubbing off the chalk from the tires. The Gov't pays for them to use the parkade yet they choose to park right in front of business that need these spots to keep there businesses running. Could it be that they are all over weight workers at the Health Canada that they can't walk a block. Probably. Why don't you Shari deal with the actual problem of enforcing your bylaws instead of taking the easy way out and screw with the law abiding citizens.
Or instead allow business to leave downtown so they don't have to deal with the (nonsense). Oh wait the city would not allow Northern Hardware to move. Why? They knew know one would go downtown.
Show some respect Shari and city council to the business that helped build this community. Or instead get rid of the business's downtown and build one big parking lot.
